I hope you enjoy exploring my site, learning about me and viewing my artwork. Painting for me is such a spiritual experience. It feeds my soul in a way I cannot begin to explain. All you have to do is take a look around to see the beauty that God created. Too often we are too busy running here or there to see it. I strive to capture these moments in time on canvas, and to evoke emotion and reflection in the viewer (you!), to give them a place to escape, to connect, to feel a sense of peace, beauty, and grace.

SHARE MY JOURNEY
I have decided to set aside the business side of my art for a time, certainly through the summer. I spend so much time and effort there, now it is time to turn inward and upward. I seem to be evolving as a storyteller through art. I feel this is part of my purpose in life and as an artist. I will spend the summer exploring this and taking a journey of discovery into who I really am as an artist, moving to and studying oil painting, and growing my skills. While I take this "break" or journey, it is not without you. I invite you to join me, I want to share with you through periodic emails my journey, my challenges and insights, and my new art. Time to not put pressure or expectations on myself and just let this evolve. Time to "let go and let God", trust in the process. I am excited, who knows where this may lead me, stay tuned....I also just returned from Tuscany, WOW what an amazing country!
